1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation between:

2. Subject

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website. Product specifications, prices (VAT included), and payment details are specified on the order page.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • Product details and prices are as displayed on the product page at the time of order.
  • All prices include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are shown on the order summary page. Orders over ₺200 qualify for free shipping.
  • Product information and prices may be updated until order confirmation.

4. Order & Payment

The Buyer confirms the accuracy of all information during checkout. Payment can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

  • Products are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.
  • In extraordinary circumstances, this period may be extended; the Buyer will be notified.
  • Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.
  • Check packaging upon delivery; document any damage with a report.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

⚠️ Withdrawal Exceptions

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following:

  • Pet food & perishable items: Opened packages of food products with expiration dates that may spoil or pose health risks
  • Opened hygiene products (grooming sprays, shampoos, etc.)
  • Custom-made or personalized products

7. Withdrawal Conditions

  • Product must be in original packaging, unused, with tags intact.
  • Notify us in writing at info@caddepet.com.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer (except for defective products).
  • Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

8. Warranty

Products are covered under the legal warranty. For defective products, consumer rights (free repair, replacement, refund) apply. Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are included.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through Consumer Arbitration Committees (up to the limit announced by the Ministry) or Consumer Courts for higher amounts. Consumer complaint hotline: 175.

10. Effective Date

This agreement takes effect when the Buyer confirms the order. By placing an order, the Buyer accepts all terms of this agreement.
