Products meeting the following conditions can be returned:
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised for:
Dry food, wet food, treats, vitamins, and supplements with expiration dates. Opened food packaging cannot be returned.
Opened shampoos, sprays, toothpaste, and ear cleaning solutions.
Anti-parasitic products, drops, and other veterinary health items.
Custom-engraved collars and made-to-order products.

After inspection, refund is processed within 14 days
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing info@caddepet.com. Once shipped, the withdrawal process applies after delivery.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 3 business days with photos. We will replace or refund the item free of charge.
